This Summer has been awesome, and I’m looking forward to a very busy season! I’ll have some exciting details very soon about a big project launching next month. Big!

Out the Window Advertising is keeping me busy with a lot of broadcast spots as well as creating title animation for their redesigned logo. Thanks to Bill Hagen and Brian Honhongva. Here are some recent spots:

I’ve also been working on an upcoming feature documentary with ML Lincoln Films with a working title of Wrenched: The Legacy of The Monkey Wrench Gang.” The film examines the impact of Edward Abbey’s “The Monkey Wrench Gang.” Check out the teaser I recently cut, featuring R. Crumb illustrations plus Ken Sleight, Tim DeChristopher, Charles Bowden, Gerry Spence, and Edward Abbey himself.

Had the opportunity to work with internationally acclaimed Pop Surrealist Joe Sorren’s spectacular painting “Interruption.”I created this montage to promote his recent museum retrospective.

Thanks to the Sedona Film Institute for inviting me to be a panelist for their Master Workshop “Posting in HD.” Great turnout, full of enthusiastic future filmmakers. The film school in Sedona, co-founded by acclaimed screenwriter Dan Gordon and Stephan Schultze, SFI is an amazing resource offered through Yavapai College.

On a similar note, after being on the Flagstaff Mountain Film Festival jury for three years, I’ve undertaken a different role, working with the Emerging Filmmaker Program. Now in its second year, the program provides a free, after-school activity. With a hands-on approach, students learn the essentials of documentary filmmaking from concept through post-production and ultimately submission to the Flagstaff Mountain Film Festival as well as other film festivals.

Michael Drumm at Music LInk Productions/Denver hired me to do the HD open for his “Ralphie May- Austin-tatious” comedy special, look for it on Comedy Central!

HUGE project for Audi Dealers of America, Six animators in three cities create six minutes of animation in six days…in HD! Special Thanks to Jamie Kirchhof of Post Modern/Denver and Kristen Del Calzo of Factory/Denver (this one has been up for a while, but everybody really likes it, so I’m leaving it up for a little longer).

Also did two cool spec pieces for Tour Anything, they’re doing some interesting web stuff! The clips are below!

Here’s a really thick composite for Subway, thanks to Randy Murray Productions:

Here’s a fun spot for Fox Sports Network:
